Refund policy

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

Select items may be returned within 10 days of the delivery/purchase date. At this time we do not offer exchanges or store credit for online purchases, only in-store. All products in the sale barn are final sale and refunds, returns, or exchanges will NOT be accepted. Please email us at tuckerandcotx@gmail.com within 10 days of your order being delivered, picked up, or purchased in person to request your return. If you do not email us to get approval beforehand, your return will NOT be accepted and no refund will be issued. 

Returns and exchanges may be made in store at the Wagon Haus in Cat Spring, TX.

If your return is approved, you will be sent further information and instructions on how to return your item(s).

Returned items must remain in the condition you received them: unwashed, unworn, with original tags and/or packaging, and your receipt or proof of purchase. If they are received by us otherwise, a refund will not be issued.

No refunds will be given because of something being discounted after your purchase.

Original shipping fees are NONREFUNDABLE and shipping costs to return the item are the responsibility of the customer.


DAMAGES/PROBLEMS WITH ORDER:

Please email tuckerandcotx@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery or pick up to be approved for a return. After 2 days, a return will NOT be accepted for damaged items and they will be the responsibility of the customer. Color variation due to style and editing of photos does not qualify as damage.
